What you will achieve
You will become a certified SCUBA diver!
You will have an internationally recognised SCUBA diving certification
How much does it cost?
Membership to learn is $35 per month. We are low in price because we are run by the British Sub Aqua Club (BSAC); a government agency that sets the standards for diving for both civilians and the military. Our instructors are highly experienced and certified to international standards. We teach out of passion for diving and the desire to create high quality divers.

You will become certified as a SCUBA Diver!
The Ocean Diver course will include being able to dive, basic rescue skills and even Nitrox gas usage! If you decide you want to learn more after the basics, we will train you across a course of different SCUBA certifications beyond the basics, to navigation, advanced rescue, dive leadership and more!
Being a member also means that you get to attend our pool sessions as often as you would like to refine, practice and advance your skills.
You decide how long it will take
We have two ways of getting your certified:
-
Club track: Join us for our weekly pool sessions where you can learn your skills at your own pace which will culminate in a short 2-day trip overseas to complete your open water dives. This will typically take 2 to 3 months
-
Holiday track: We will organize a trip to Malaysia and will provide you with an intense 4 to 5 day course to get your certified. This costs approximately $600 excluding transport and accommodation.
To be a qualified Ocean Diver, you need to complete six theory lessons (either in-person or via eLearning), five sheltered water (pool) lessons and four open water lessons.
We meet for pool sessions twice a week (a Sunday morning session and a Tuesday evening session) and theory lessons once a week.
